Disagreeing to Demands
In this video. During a contract with Contra Costa County for installing cameras for the Juvenile Department, general contractor Vila Construction had left out some equipment that was not listed on my contract. They demanded that I purchase and install it without compensation or replace it, which constitutes extortion. I disagreed with his demands.
